1. LEAGUE

   1. The league uses Yahoo, and the URL is https://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/league/thesuperflex

   2. The SuperFLEX has Co-Commissioners, currently:

      1. Jared; and

      2. Danny.

   3. Rule changes can be made with a proposal to the commissioner(s) and passed with a 3/4 majority vote.

      1. An abstention counts as a For vote.

      2. Rule change proposals and voting results will be documented on the wiki.

2. DUES AND PAYOUT

   1. Dues are $290 for 2024, payable via Venmo, Zelle, Check, Cash.

   2. Dues increase by $10 every year Rule Vote 1

3. DRAFT

   1. Draft position will be random every year, with at least one witness other than a co-commissioner.

      1. If not possible to do with witnesses, random selection will be recorded and sent to the league.

   2. Draft order is full snaking.

   3. Draft date is the Friday or Saturday before Sunday of Week 1.

   4. Draft is a live offline draft where all owners or a surrogate are expected to attend for the full duration.

      1. Owners or surrogates who do not attend, or leave early forfeit their right to player preferences. Draft picks for absentee teams whether full or partial will be auto-picked based on whatever the fuck no one else wants or commissioner discretion.

   5. Players who are drafted maintain their draft pick round as an input to the Keeper process.

   6. All undrafted players go into the Free Agency pool.

4. FREE AGENCY (FA)

   1. FA uses an auction-like system with a $100 FA Budget (FAB) per team.

   2. Waiver wire is from start of players game, through Tuesday.

   3. Players can be won from Waivers by bidding with a teams FAB.

   4. Players won from Waivers maintain their previous draft position.

   5. Players who clear waivers are part of FA, and do not maintain their previous draft position.

5. KEEPERS

   1. Keepers are optional, with a maximum of two.

   2. Keepers cannot come from round 1 or 2 of the previous draft.

   3. Keepers picked up from previous years' Free Agency will take round 8, or the next available round 8 minus X keepers from Free Agency.

   4. A keeper incurs a cost in the form of an earlier round slot to retain the player.

      1. In the first year, a keeper costs one round.

      2. In subsequent years, the cost is two rounds.

   5. If you have multiple picks in the same round, the keeper goes in the latest pick slot.

   6. If you trade away a draft position and have a keeper drafted from the next round, your keeper goes in the previous draft position minus two.

   7. Examples:

      1. Scenario 1: You keep someone drafted in the previous year's round 3. You traded away the current draft round 2. The keeper takes your round 1 position. If you traded away both round 1 and round 2, you can't keep someone from the previous draft, round 3.

      2. Scenario 2: You keep two players not drafted or picked up from Free Agency after waivers cleared. You trade away the current draft round 7. The first keeper takes your round 8 position, and the second takes round 6. If you traded away both round 7 and round 6, the second keeper takes round 5.

      3. Scenario 3: Player A, drafted in round 3, gets injured and eventually drops by a team. Player A clears waivers and is picked up from FA. Player A can be kept as an FA, filling current draft position 8 or 8 minus X keepers from FA.

      4. Scenario 4: You keep someone drafted in the previous year's round 6. The keeper takes your round 5 position. If you keep the same player the following year, he will take a round 3 position. If kept again, the player takes a round 1 position and cannot be kept again.

6. TRADES

   1. Teams can trade with any other team in the league until the trade deadline of the Saturday before Week 11.

   2. All trades are automatically accepted once both teams agree.

   3. Collusion is unacceptable (see Collusion).

7. ROSTER

   1. A team roster must have a minimum of 9 players. These 9 players must be able to fill a starting lineup.

   2. Injured Reserve

      1. Teams may place a player on Injured Reserve (IR) at any given time during the season in accordance with Yahoo IR rules.

   3. Lineup

      1. If you have a player on a bye week, you must remove that player from your starting roster. You can contact the commissioner(s) if there are extenuating circumstances, and the Commissioner(s) can modify your lineup as necessary.

8. SCHEDULE

   1. Regular Season

      1. Regular Season games will be played from NFL Weeks 1 - 14.

   2. Playoffs

      1. All playoff games are played Week 15, Week 16 and Week 17.

      2. Teams who are not in the playoffs will be locked from making adds/drops after week 14 ends, or once all playoff spots are locked.

9. SCORING

   1. See League Settings page for current values.

   2. These values are tentative and may change in the off-season through a vote.

10. COLLUSION

    1. Perceived collusion will be investigated by the Commissioner(s).

    2. The Commissioner(s) reserve the right to act in the event of collusion. Actions include, but are not limited to:

       1. reversing a trade or add/drop.

       2. locking an owner from add/dropping players.

       3. public shaming.

       4. removal from league.

RULE VOTES

Area to document rule change votes. Rule changes can only pass with 3/4 majority.

Dues Rate Increase (Aug-24-2021)

• Increase the dues by $10 each year starting in 2021, at $260.
